We will share a planning fee payment link in advance of going ahead with winery reservations. This fee will be non-refundable once you have received your itinerary.
Review your itinerary and pay the tour balance
Most winery visits in Bordeaux are strictly by appointment. We will reserve the best wineries available on your date.
Once your custom itinerary is ready and approved, send the tour balance subject to the Cancellation Policy.

Things to Know
When to visit?
Bordeaux wineries are open all year around. Some chateaux may be closed on the weekends between November and March and between Christmas and the New Year's Day. There is limited availability of chateaux visits during the last week of April due to En Primeurs professional events.
When to Book?
Some wineries require advance notice to book, it is never too early to request visits at famous chateaux. It is easier to visit top names off-season.
Can I Bring Children?
Children can usually attend the chateaux tours for free. Minimum drinking age is 18 years old in France. Some chateaux offer special visits adapted for children.
Walking and mobility
Small amount of walking is involved. You can expect uneven surfaces and multiple stairs.
Food Restrictions
If you have any allergies or food restrictions, please be sure to inform me and the wineries, restaurants, when you visit.
Health and Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend to purchase your health, travel, and accident insurance from your country of origin before arriving.
