This cancellation policy forms part of the General Terms and Conditions of service. 

Standard Cancellation Policy

Sometimes you need to cancel your tour.

Please notify us as soon as possible by email info@atlasbordeaux.com and receive confirmation.

Cancellation

up to 14 days before the tour: Full refund, excluding the deposit/planning fee

  • 7 to 14 days before the tour: 50% refund, excluding the deposit/planning fee

  • Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund
  •  
Please note that the deposit/planning fee is non-refundable.
