1. COMPANY INFORMATION
Atlas Bordeaux is a brand operated by All Wine Tours, Unipessoal, LDA, a licensed travel agency registered in Portugal with registered office at rua de Anselmo Braancamp 516, Porto, and holder of Travel Agency License No. RNAVT 12765.
All Wine Tours. Unipessoal, LDA (“AWT”) organizes and sells tours, including transportation, accommodation, winery visits, and other travel services in Bordeaux, France, and neighboring regions. AWT maintains website atlasbordeaux.com (“Website”) which can be used to promote tours and other services of the third parties not related to AWT (“Third Parties”).
2. DEFINITIONS
Organizer: All Wine Tours, Unipessoal, LDA.
Client: Any individual, group or legal entity who books or participates in a tour organized or sold by AWT.
Partner: Any third-party supplier such as wineries, restaurants, drivers, or hotels that provide part of the services.
Tour: Any travel product or package organized and/or sold by AWT.
Third Parties: Other services providers not related to AWT.
3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Booking inquiry or booking request does not represent a reservation. A booking is confirmed once the Client accepts the itinerary and pays the required deposit or full amount as specified in the booking confirmation.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice or booking confirmation.
Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
4. WHAT’S INCLUDED
Each tour includes only those services explicitly listed in the itinerary or booking confirmation (for example, transportation, visits, tastings, meals, accommodations, and guide services).
Any items not mentioned — such as travel insurance, personal expenses, or extra meals — are not included unless otherwise stated.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
By the Client:
Cancellations must be made in writing (email).
Unless otherwise specified, the Cancellation Policy applies
By the Organizer:
AWT reserves the right to cancel a tour in the event of:
Insufficient participation (for group tours),
Force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control).
In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund of the amounts paid to AWT. This refund shall constitute full settlement, and no additional compensation will be due. Amounts paid through AWT to its Partners and Third Parties are subject to specific cancellation policies the Partners and the Third Parties.
6. CHANGES TO ITINERARY
AWT reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary due to operational circumstances (e.g., winery closures, restaurant cancellations, weather, or traffic).
If such changes occur, equivalent or higher-quality services will be provided whenever possible.
Significant changes will be communicated to the Client in advance.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide accurate information when booking.
All participants must be of legal drinking age in their country of origin.
Clients must behave respectfully and comply with safety instructions from guides, drivers, and winery staff.
AWT reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Where Clients are. engaging in self-guided tours, Clients must comply with the driving laws of France.
8. TRAVEL INSURANCE
AWT strongly recommends that all Clients obtain adequate travel insurance covering prior to leaving your home country. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, personal losses, all medical costs and the costs of assistance including return to your home country in the event of an accident or illness.
The Organizer is not liable for expenses resulting from lack of insurance coverage. Travel and health insurance is not included in any of the Tours or other services.
9. LIABILITY
AWT acts as an Organizer under Portuguese and EU travel law.
While we carefully select our Partners, we are not responsible for any acts or omissions of Partners and Third Parties.
Our liability is limited to the direct services we provide and shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the tour.
AWT shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or other irregularities caused by circumstances beyond its control, including those arising from acts of Partners, Third Parties, force majeure, or the Client’s own negligence.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
AWT shall not be considered in breach of contract or otherwise liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, such as strikes, wars, terrorism, natural disasters, extreme weather, or government restrictions.
11. COMPLAINTS
Any complaint must be reported to the guide or tour manager immediately so that corrective action can be taken where possible.
If the issue is not resolved, a written complaint must be sent by email to AWT within 15 days of the end of the tour.
We will investigate and respond as quickly as possible.
12. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Clients must inform AWT at the time of booking of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements that may affect participation in the tour. Clients are also responsible for informing all Partners and third-party providers (such as restaurants, wineries, hotels, or drivers) of such conditions or requirements.
AWT will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, damages, death, or losses arising from a Client’s medical condition, undisclosed allergy, or other health-related issue.
AWT reserves the right to refuse participation or exclude a Client from any activity if a medical condition, intoxication, or behavior is deemed to endanger the Client or others.
Clients are reminded to consume alcohol responsibly and must not drive after wine tastings or at any time while under the influence of alcohol.
AWT accepts no responsibility or liability for any incidents, damages, or losses resulting from the consumption of alcohol or unsafe behavior.
13. AFFILIATE MARKETING AND THIRD-PARTY PROMOTIONS
AWT may market or display services offered by Partners or other Third Parties on its Website or through other communication channels as part of affiliate marketing agreements.
In such cases, AWT acts solely as a marketing intermediary, providing information and links to external booking platforms or partner websites.
Any tours or services acquired through these third-party websites are booked directly with the Partner or provider under their own terms and conditions.
AWT is not the organizer of such tours, stays, has no control over their execution, and accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, quality, safety, or delivery of those services.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers before completing any booking.
14. PERSONAL DATA
AWT collects and processes Client information solely for the purpose of providing travel services and fulfilling contractual obligations.
Data is handled in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal, in accordance with EU Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
