Yes. However, making a purchase is not expectation at Bordeaux wineries. Some chateaux offer select (usually recent) vintages in their boutiques. Wine shops in Saint-Emilion, the Medoc and Bordeaux may have good selection of Bordeaux. They often offer free tastings.
Of course, if those under 18 are accompanied and supervised by an adult. The legal drinking age is 18 in France. Children do not pay visit fees at the wineries. Please make sure to mention ages of your children when booking a tour.
